    After the enquiry deadline, log back in to Trazoo and check out all the different deals, offers or packages that have been sent to you. Pick the one that suits you best, pay a small deposit, and then start packing, that's you Trazooed!

  • How do I pay for a booking?

    A fully refundable deposit is payable when booking a deal on Trazoo. This deposit value is clearly indicated on the booking page. The balance of the payment is payable directly to the hotel or hostel on arrival/checkout.

    A fee of €1/£1 will apply for Credit Card transactions. Laser / Debit card transactions are free.

  • I made an error in my booking, how can I change it?

    Trazoo advises that you contact the accommodation provider once you become aware of the error. Trazoo cannot change your booking. This can only be arranged directly with the hotel or hostel.

  • Cancellation Policy

    The cancellation policy in place at the hotel or hostel in respect of which the reservation is made will be binding on you. Please make yourself aware of this cancellation policy. Any charges associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the payment method card used to secure the booking.

  • How will I receive notification that my booking has been made?

    Once you pay your booking deposit, an email confirmation will be sent to you from Trazoo giving notification of your booking. The email address will be the one you have entered into your personal information on Step 2 of the booking process.

    The hotel or hostel also receives notification of the booking and will contact you after having received the booking notification.
